SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free shipping via USPS.  We make every effort to process your order within 3 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  If you have ordered an item that becomes unavailable or delayed, we will notify you via email.  
We do not currently ship orders outside the US. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Evelyn Muir will accept return of any new and unused item within 7 days from purchase. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

All merchandise returned must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Evelyn Muir reserves the right to reject any return that does not  meet our return policy requirements.

Please email info@evelynmuir.com within 3 days of receipt of package to request a return authorization and number. Please include return authorization form in the package with the garment. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.  It is highly recommended that packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full value of the merchandise, as Evelyn Muir is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.
